She also leads the marketing strategy for EVA's private label portfolio of 66 brands, a key competitive differentiator in the company's omnichannel model.

    A pioneer of Service Design in Ukrainian retail, Hanna built a comprehensive Customer Experience Management system at EVA and led the launch of "EVA MOSAIC" — one of Ukraine's largest loyalty programs with over 8 million active members. Her team is now driving the company's digital transformation agenda, integrating AI, automation, and data-driven personalization across the customer journey.

    Since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion, EVA has demonstrated remarkable resilience and social leadership. Under Hanna's guidance, the company launched 30+ social initiatives supporting Ukraine's Defense Forces and affected communities, engaging over 7 million customers and raising more than UAH 129 million for charitable causes — proving that purpose-driven retail can thrive even in the most challenging conditions.
